Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive Srinagar

On arrival at the Srinagar airport, you will transfer from airport to the houseboat. Complimentary transfer from airport to houseboat is at 12:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs. Reaching at the houseboat do the check-inn formalities, relax for some time. After relaxing yourself now it’s time for 2 hrs shikara ride beside Dal lake see the majestic Zabarwan Mountain Ranges, have some clicks, see the louts flower over the lake. Later we will back to Houseboat for dinner and overnight stay.
Note : Guests are requested book their flight timings as per the above given time. If not possible then guest can direct come to houseboat from airport by booking their taxi or either we will arrange for them but it will direct pay by guest.

Day 2 : Srinagar – Pahalgam (90 Kms : 3 hrs)

Today after breakfast we first visit the Shankaracharya Temple situated on top of the Shankaracharya Hill on the Zabarwan Range in Srinagar, this temple id dedicated to Lord Shiva and its height of 1,000 feet. Then we can go to visit Nishat Garden is the beautiful garden which is famous among couples or family, Chashme Shahi Garden must-see in Srinagar. The natural spring is the main attraction this was discover by the great female saint of Kashmir Rupa Bahwani, the spring go its name from her clan and called ‘Chashme Sahibi’. After that we leave for Pahalgam is known as the valley of Shephers, we drive through saffron fields. Reach at hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3 : Pahalgam Sightseeing

Today after breakfast we depart for Betab valley & Aru valley. Betab valley earlier known as Hajan Valley but after the Bollywood movie shooting Betab it’s gets this name. Aru Valley known for its scenic meadows, and mountains, It is the base camps for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake. Return back to hotel for overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 4 : Pahalgam – Gulmarg (98 Kms : 3:30 hrs)

Today after breakfast we check out from the hotel and drive towards Gulmarg known as “Meadow of Flowers”, it offers spectacular views of snow-capped mountain peaks. It is the world highest 18hole golf course. Reaching at Gulmarg do the check-in formalities and relax for some time after that you are free for activities on your own by enjoying Sledge ride, Snow Mobile ride, or Skiing by direct payment basis. Return back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Note: For local sightseeing you have to take local vehicle our transport drop you at Gulmarg hotel , the cost of transport in Gulmarg will be on direct payment basis.

Day 5 : Gulmarg – Srinagar (55 Kms : 2 hrs)

After breakfast take local vehicle on direct payment basis to reach at Gulmarg Gondola base station known as Asia’s Highest and World’s Second Highest Cable Car Project. Gondola you can see the amazing views of Pir Panjal Mountains and Valley as you head towards Phase 1: KHILANMARG. You can enjoy the snow mobile ride on snow covered slopes (direct payment basis). Later we move towards Srinagar for overnight stay.

Day 6 : Srinagar – Sonmarg (83 Kms : 2 hrs)

After breakfast we proceed for day excursion to Sonmarg known as Golden Meadow. Sonmarg lied in Sind valley that is surrounded by mountain. Sonmarg is favourites for treks and Himalayan lakes. Enjoy riding on a pony up to Thajiwas Glacier or Sledge Riding on snow (on direct payment basis & subject to Operation). Later return to Srinagar for overnight stay.

Day 7 : Srinagar Depart

Morning, breakfast, drive towards Srinagar airport to board the return flight to your onward journey.

If the destination of a particular day can’t be reached due to landslides, natural Calamities, traffic jams, arrangements of that night stay and meals to the nearest availability shall be made at extra cost and bearable by Guests directly. Refunds of the original destination shall not be made.

Any kind of food or beverages that is not included in the package like mineral water, refreshments/meals/lunches on the root or hotels.
Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry etc.
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Subject to Room Availability).
Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc.
Any expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control.

Payment Policy

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.

19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Refund Policy

Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.

If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.

We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.

If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.
