Terms & Conditions

All correspondence of Tours / Travel services should be addressed to M/s. Traveloi Holiday India Pvt. Ltd.

Booking

On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s. Traveloi Holiday India Pvt. Ltd.

Payment Policy

  • Booking Amount — 25 % of Package Cost.
  • 40 Days before departure — 50% of amount
  • 12 – 08 days before departure— 75% of Package.
  • 07 days or less before departure— 100% of Package Cost.

Mode of Payment

Guests can make payment using following methods: –

  • Cheque / Demand Draft
  • Bank Transfer
  • QR Code

Special Note

Please note that Traveloi Holiday India Pvt. Ltd. employee never ask for your Net Banking login, Password, OTP or ask to transfer funds to a personal account.

Cancellation Policy

In case of any cancellation of any packages due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be need to be in written. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing:

  • 50 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
  • 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 15day to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

Note

  1. According to this cancellation slabs, if  travel services cancel (due to any reason) by Guest  after the booking is done – a minimum 10% service charge would be applicable on total cost of the tour package.
  2. In case of cancellation of  services (due to any reason) by us (by company) we offer following options:
    • We offer client a Credit Note for the same booking amount paid and that can be used anytime in the future by the client for themselves or teir family members, friends, or someone else whom they recommended to us.
    • If client need refund then minimum 10% charges will be applicable on the total cost of the tour package.
  3. A seprate cancellation policy will apply for the Palace on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot & Maharajas Express.

Refund

We take 20 working days to refund the payment which exclude satarday and Sunday or any Government holidays.

Mandatory Identification Document

It is Mandatory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to provide Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation.

  • Foreign Nationals – copy of Passport + Visa is mandatory.
  • Non Resident Indians clients (NRI client) – copy of passport.
  • Domestic Clients – copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / passport is mandatory.

Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-In Timings: 1200 – 1500 Hours
Check-Out Timings: 1000 – 1200 Hours

Late check-outs are available for subject to availability / Payment.

Extra Usage of Vehicle

Please note that extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is done by the Guest directly.

Special Note for Helicopter Journeys

  1. Helicopter Tickets & Fare are subject to availability & can change at any moment.
  2. While Traveloi Holiday India Pvt. Ltd. (THIPL) takes utmost care to make you fly by Helicopter but due to sudden weather conditions / VIP Movement / unavoidable situations at the last moment – it sometimes becomes unavailable. THIPL will make every possible attempt to arrange for alternate Helicopter journey on same day or on alternate dates depending upon the availability of Helicopter at that time.
  3. No ticket would be carried forward to next day.
  4. No extra cost of Hotel, Meal or Transport will be compensated due to cancellation of Helicopter.
